This rich earth pigment is a traditional palette staple for many landscape painters. It’s made by heating Raw Sienna, which is one of the original earth pigments used by ancient man (along with Ochre and Umber). This earthy, reddish-brown pigment is a traditional color used by artists in many mediums.
